Semi-sweet Riesling from the single vineyard, Abtsberg, by the commune of Maximin Grunhaus in the outskirts of Mertesdorf on the southern bank of the famous Mosel river.

Spätlese is a light style of German wine, produced from slightly-late-harvested grapes.
